Me

My name is Scott Little, and I’m a photographer based in Tauranga in New Zealand.

I’m almost exclusively a B&W film shooter, but still enjoy some digital and colour. My focus is seeking that quiet, unique, stillness of a scene that has a feeling I want to express.

I especially love using medium format film stocks. The consideration of shooting a roll of film, combined with the experience in using the old manual cameras and then developing the film myself is something else. The whole process feels so satisfying and handmade. That rawness of film grain in B&W feels so timeless to me.
